Decadent but healthy chia seed pudding with a winning trio of flavors for dessert or a snack.
3/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon cocoa (more or less depending on taste)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon Mandelin Blanched Sliced Almonds, toasted
1 tablespoon dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut flakes, toasted
Pour almond milk into a small mason jar, mug, or bowl of your choice. Sprinkle chia seeds into the almond milk and stir it a few times so that there are no lone seeds floating.
Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to solidify, stirring it once after an hour.
Top with toasted coconut and almonds, and chocolate for serving.
