Ingredients

1/2 cup Mandelin Natural Whole Almonds, well-chopped

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon melted butter, plus more for greasing pan

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 (17.3-ounce) package puff pastry

Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Thaw pastry dough according to package instructions and lightly butter a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the almonds, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Carefully unroll dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Spread almond mixture all over it, to the edges, and roll up tightly.
Cut roll into 1-inch pieces and lay on prepared baking sheet swirl-side up.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers —if you have any— in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
