Ingredients

3 cups sliced red cabbage

3 cups sliced green cabbage

1 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

1/2 cup Mandelin Natural Whole Almonds, toasted and chopped

Citrus Dressing (see recipe below)

1/2 cup almond or vegetable oil

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

2 teaspoons fresh mint, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt
Salad:
Citrus Dressing:
Directions
Toss together all ingredients, except Citrus Dressing, in a large mixing bowl.
Toss with dressing to serve.
Citrus Dressing: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Whisk until blended.
