Chocolate Almond Gluten-Free Donuts

1/4 cup coconut oil or butter

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup cocoa powder

3 eggs

3/4 cup Mandelin Blanched Almond Flour, packed

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

dash of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

2 cups Confectioners sugar

3 tablespoons water
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For glaze:
Directions
Preheat over to 350°.
Melt together coconut oil and honey. Pour in a mixing bowl, then whisk in cocoa powder. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients and combine well. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
Pour mixture into a donut pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Invert on cooling rack. When cool, apply glaze.
For glaze:
In a medium bowl, combine Confectioners sugar, water and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
