Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 scallions, thinly sliced, including green tops

2 tablespoons capers, drained

1 clove garlic, minced

3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup Mandelin Natural Sliced Almonds

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon fresh grated lime zest

Pinch of ground cayenne pepper
Directions
Place almonds in a single layer in a dry skillet, and turn heat to medium. Toast for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the scallions, capers and garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until scallions are softened but retain their bright green color.
Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and cool slightly. Stir in sour cream, almonds, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest and cayenne.
