Chef Dan Churchill calls this The Easiest Dairy-free Hot Chocolate (You Will Ever Make). It starts with our speedy almond milk.
2-1/2 cups Mandelin Speedy Almond Milk
2 tablespoons cacao
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/2 tablespoons honey or agave
In a small saucepan, bring almond milk to a simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in cinnamon and cacao and, once absorbed, pour in honey and stir until combined.
Pour into respective mugs/cups or whatever you want to hold your hands around!
