Natural whole almonds complete this healthy cereal made of oats, dried fruit and seeds.
Almond Muesli

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mandelin Natural Whole Almonds, toasted

2/3 cup dried apricots (or your favorite dried fruit)

2 cups whole rolled oats

2 cups whole wheat flakes or oat bran flakes

1/3 cup raisins or golden raisins

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted

1/3 cup sunflower seeds, toasted

Skim milk or low-fat plain yogurt or fresh fruit juice, and fresh fruit, to serve
Directions
Using a sharp knife, chop almonds.
Cut the dried apricots into small even-size pieces.
Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container and use within 6 weeks.
Serve with almond milk or low-fat plain yogurt and top with fresh fruit. Serves 8.
