Spicy Sweet Rosemary Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

4 cups Mandelin Blanched Whole Almonds

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon coarse salt

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
Directions
Place blanched almonds on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 200° for 2 hours 20 minutes or at 375° for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer warm almonds to a large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Let cool.
Save leftover almonds in airtight container for up to 2 months.
