Marzipan Mint Latte

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Mandelin Brilliant White Marzipan

2 tablespoons Mandelin Holiday Green Marzipan

1 cup hot water, divided

1 teaspoon peppermint oil

Crushed candy canes for garnish

Non-dairy whipped cream

Hand frother
Directions
Add brilliant white marzipan and 1/2 cup hot water to a tall, heat-resistant container.
Use a spoon to smooth out the paste and mix with hot water.
Mix with frother for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
Repeat with holiday green marzipan in a cleaned or separate container, adding 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil.
In a tall glass, add ice and white almond milk. Layer green froth on top of the white almond milk.
Garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
