Marzipan Mint Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Mandelin Brilliant White Marzipan
  • 2 tablespoons Mandelin Holiday Green Marzipan
  • 1 cup hot water, divided
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint oil
  • Crushed candy canes for garnish
  • Non-dairy whipped cream
  • Hand frother

Directions

  1. Add brilliant white marzipan and 1/2 cup hot water to a tall, heat-resistant container.

  2. Use a spoon to smooth out the paste and mix with hot water.

  3. Mix with frother for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.

  4. Repeat with holiday green marzipan in a cleaned or separate container, adding 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil.

  5. In a tall glass, add ice and white almond milk. Layer green froth on top of the white almond milk.

  6. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
