Ingredients

3 tablespoons Mandelin Holiday Red Marzipan

1/2 cup hot water

2 teaspoons instant coffee + 1/4 cup hot water

1 shot cinnamon whiskey

Whipped cream

Red sprinkles

*Electric whisk/frother
Directions
Combine marzipan and 1/2 cup hot water in a heat-resistant tall glass.
Use a spoon to mix and smooth out the marzipan.
Whisk for 60 seconds, until you have smooth almond milk.
Switch to frother and aerate for 20 seconds. Allow mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
In a separate container, mix instant coffee + 1/4 cup hot water.
Add one shot of cinnamon whiskey to the coffee.
Pour red almond milk into a tall glass.
Hover a spoon over the glass and gently pour the coffee into the red almond milk to create layers.
Spoon red froth over the coffee layer.
Add whipped cream and sprinkles.
Recipe Note
Note: The coffee mixture needs to be hotter than the almond milk in order to create defined layers. You can make the almond milk ahead of time and chill.
